Our Story
The agency was founded in Dubai in 2016.
Early on, we formed partnerships with talented people from diverse backgrounds. We needed a diverse team because Experiential Marketing is broad, so having experts with backgrounds ranging from software programming to graphic design, helped us deliver a more unique value proposition. We continued to invest in people and incrementally grew into an agency that is able to deliver experiential projects globally.
In 2021, AZ opened a branch in the United States of America. Our Dubai branch remains our HQ and creative hub.
We value teamwork, creativity, flexibility, diversity and honesty. We are full of energy and are constantly striving to learn, grow and deliver memorable and positive experiences.
